Speed-Master® 1600 L Eco
The Eco’s panel is constructed of 58 oz./sq. yd., anti-static, puncture resistant, nylon-reinforced PVC material. One full-width vision area made of clear PVC is standard. Furthermore, heavy duty interlocking aluminum hinge profiles located above and below the vision area provide panel stability. The sectional panel design allows for easy replacement of materials if needed after a hit. Excitingly, a variety of panel colors are available to accommodate any color scheme: Pure Orange RAL 2004, Gentian Blue RAL 5010, Zinc Yellow RAL 1018, Carmine Red RAL 3002, Agate Gray RAL 7038, Pure White RAL 9010.
The Speed-Master® 1600 L
The Speed-Master® 1600 L has guide tracks made of heavy-duty 12 gauge galvanized steel. It fits into areas with limited clearance. Completely free of coil cords, the light grid provides a thorough wall of protection for personnel and equipment at the doorway. Moreover, complete perimeter draft seals provide dust and odor containment and general environmental control.
Speed-Master® 1600 XL
The Speed-Master® 1600 XL19 is the ideal product for applications with an opening over 14’w x 16’h. If your budget doesn’t allow for the expense of moving to a Speed-Master® 2600 L, this is your best option! It’s 1/16″ thick, 58 oz. vinyl panels connect with aluminum windbars for a superior windload capacity of up to 90 mph. An aluminum bottom bar with breakaway tabs breaks out of the guide tracks if an accidental impact occurs. In addition, panel windlocks are optional for more wind pressure resistance.
Steel Ranger™ 9000 L or LH
Extremely strong and durable, our exclusive insulated Decotherm® steel panel slats have a polyurethane core covered with a triple-layered skin. The triple-layered skin consists of a galvanized layer, a sheet steel layer, another galvanized layer, and finally, the surface finish. This unique layering process makes the panel exceptionally resistant to damage caused by transportation, installation, and operation. Minimal thermal bridges connect the slats. Moreover, a fine-pore rigid foam infill ensures excellent thermal insulation. The panel sealing technology around the entire door reduces air and noise infiltration and includes a frost-proof bottom edge.
